Lethbridge Collegiate Institute has created a Heart Garden display on the front lawn of the school in memory of the 215 children who were found on the grounds of a residential school in Kamloops.
Earlier this week, Amelle Weasel Fat, LCI’s FNMI grad coach, also hosted a ceremonial smudging at the school.
