Division schools help mark Franco-Albertan flag raising
Students from École Agnes Davidson, Gilbert Paterson Middle School and Lethbridge Collegiate Institute stopped by City Hall on Friday for the raising of the Franco-Albertan flag.
Agnes Davidson student Naba Kazi and LCI teacher Chrystele Chevallier-Grabinska also spoke at the event.
The Lethbridge School Division Board of Trustees was also on hand for the event, which included speeches from Mayor Blaine Hyggen, Deputy Premier and Minister of Infrastructure Nathan Neudorf and MLA Shannon Phillips.
