Lethbridge School Division honours retirees at annual banquet
On Wednesday, June 4, Lethbridge School Division hosted the annual retirement banquet.
In all, 17 retirees were recognized at the event.
Kim Cameron, Christine Lee, Freda Middel, Lori Colucci, Joanne Peterson, Nelda Delaney, Dixie Hedley, Sue Howg, Michie Moline, Terri Schellenberg, Tim Thompson, Genie Hartwick, Cathy Kitagawa, Dianne Mandel, Alana McClain, Stephen Thibault and Darlene Urban were honoured.
Please note, the Division respected the wishes of retirees who had chosen not to be acknowledged at the banquet.
Division Board Chair Christine Light kicked off the evening, which also included a message of gratitude from Trustee Andrea Andreachuk, a toast to the retirees from Light and a message from retiring staff, delivered by Howg.
Each retiree was also recognized through presentations delivered by Andreachuk, Light and Trustee Tyler Demers.
