Dersch appointed vice-principal at G.S. Lakie Middle School

Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Bard Dersch has been appointed vice-principal at G.S. Lakie Middle School.
A student magnet with an unwavering commitment to making school a dynamic and welcoming environment for all students, Dersch works tirelessly to support student engagement in school. In his role as vice-principal at Wilson Middle School over the past six years, Dersch has demonstrated many strengths as a leader including the ability to develop staff cohesiveness, and inspire commitment to growth and innovation.
He is insightful, intuitiv, and a leader who never asks for more than he contributes and models. He is a consummate professional who contributes to extra-curricular programming and staff professional learning.
