Cason Machacek appointed Digital Wellness Teacher for Lethbridge School Division

Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Cason Machacek has been appointed Digital Wellness Teacher for Lethbridge School Division.
Machacek completed his combined Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Management at the University of Lethbridge, majoring in CTS/General Management while playing for the University of Lethbridge Men’s Pronghorn Hockey Team.
Machacek is extremely passionate towards athletics, education, technology and wellness. His recent middle school experience teaching core and electives as well as English Language Learners and Physical Education 6-8, paired with his dedication to wellness and youth, will serve him well in this position. He is a professional who believes in lifelong learning and being connected to students in innovative ways in the classroom.
In 2020, Machacek helped lead a team of dedicated employees thrive and navigate parameters in the diversity of a new learning platform. With Machacek’s CTS experience and dedication towards digital learning, he has been able to use his competencies and expertise to further communicate and connect with students and families.
