Tina Carnegie appointed Executive Assistant to the Office of the Superintendent for Division  

Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Tina Carnegie has been appointed Executive Assistant to the Office of the Superintendent for Lethbridge School Division, for a temporary position, commencing the 2024/2025 school year. 
Friendly, approachable, helpful and hard-working, Carnegie takes pride in all that she does. Her positive outlook on life and her passion for supporting others will be extremely beneficial in her new role with the Division. 
Carnegie has 26 years of experience working in two different school divisions, 14 of those with Lethbridge School Division.  
She began her journey with the Division in the fall of 2010 at Lethbridge Outreach and Alternative Schools & Programs, which later combined with Allan Watson to become Victoria Park High School & Alternative Programs. Carnegie joined the Division’s Technology team in 2017. 
“I have loved working with the team, as well as working with all of our schools supporting students, staff and parents,” she said. “I look forward to continuing supporting Lethbridge School Division in a different capacity and also accepting the challenge of a new role with eager anticipation and hoping to make an impact in a positive way.” 
In her spare time, Carnegie works as an International Host Parent, where she has hosted students from around the globe. She also volunteers as a presenter with APSUG (Alberta PowerSchool Users Group) “Spending time with my children and grandchildren is the highlight of any free time I have,” she said.
