Strategic Planning session helps guide Division into future
On Thursday, March 7 and Friday, March 8, the Lethbridge School Board of Trustees and members of the Division's Executive Council gathered at the Lethbridge Country Club for the annual Strategic Planning sessions.
Two days of productive discussions assisted Division leaders in laying the groundwork for the 2024/2025 school year, and beyond. Strategic Planning sessions are a time to pour over data and discuss feedback collected over the year from a wide variety of sources.
"We took everything from Town Hall, discussions at school council meetings and other feedback opportunities, such as Community Conversations, and spent two days working on a direction for our Division for the next school year," said Board Chair Allison Purcell.
