Panago North and Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services team up again for PIC donation

Panago North Lethbridge has a history of recognizing our local heroes in the emergency services field.
On Sept. 11 each year, Panago North Lethbridge traditionally recognized our local heroes and donated a free lunch and supper to both shifts at all of the fire halls across the city.
A few years ago, Wade Pierson, Panago North store owner, approached Chris Tomaras, Deputy Chief of Operations for Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services with an alternative idea - to donate to the Lethbridge School Division Poverty Intervention Committee.
On Thursday afternoon, Panago North stopped by the Division’s Education Centre (Blackfoot Name Aakaipookaiski, Meaning: Many Children) to drop off a cheque for $911 to help the Division support students in need.
