LCI students bring love of science to elementary students at Plaxton
On Friday, Lethbridge Collegiate Institute teacher and STEAM director Cilena Mathieu brought 22 members of the LCI STEAM TEAM to Dr. Robert Plaxton Elementary School to run a series of science stations in the morning.
In total, students ran 11 stations in the foyer at Plaxton, as the high school students brought their love of science to the elementary school.
"It is an amazing opportunity for students to work on their leadership and communication skills," said Mathieu.
