Kyle Beauchamp appointed Associate Superintendent of Business and Operations for Division

Lethbridge School Division is pleased to announce Kyle Beauchamp has been appointed Associate Superintendent, Business and Operations, for Lethbridge School Division, commencing the 2025/2026 school year.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kyle to Lethbridge School Division,” said Lethbridge School Division Superintendent Mike Nightingale. “His strong background in financial management and ability to navigate effectively during times of fiscal uncertainty will be invaluable asset in this role.”
Beauchamp comes to Lethbridge School Division from The Town of Coaldale, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CAO. He previously held the position of senior manager for BDO Canada in Lethbridge.
Beauchamp’s experience providing strategic direction and financial leadership will serve the Division well, along with his familiarity with the development of operating budgets, managing and coordinating insurance and overseeing the implementation of risk-mitigation measures.
Beauchamp graduated from the Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom with a Master of Business Administration. He graduated with distinction, in the top 10 per cent of the class, and was the recipient of the WBS Change Maker Scholarship.
“Kyle’s recent completion of his MBA underscores his commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning,” said Nightingale. “His commitment to aligning his work with the mission, vision and priorities of the Division will contribute significantly to our continued success.”
Beauchamp also obtained his Chartered Accountant designation through the Charted Accountant School of Business, and graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management – Accounting.
“I am thrilled to be joining Lethbridge School Division and to have the opportunity to contribute to their already talented team,” said Beauchamp. “The Division has a strong foundation of success, which I am excited to continue building upon through collaborative teamwork and sound financial practices. I look forward to working with staff and helping to provide the resources for all students to learn and excel.”
Lethbridge School Division Board Chair Christine Light added the Division is excited to welcome Beauchamp.
“Kyle will make a great addition to our Division team," said Light. “The Associate Superintendent, Business and Operations, role is an extremely important position within our organization, and we have the utmost confidence Kyle will help effectively lead the Division in the years to come.”
