Please visit our current employment postings on our Employment page. Applicants may apply using the application form within each posting, and upload any relevant supporting documentation to Human Resources electronically prior to the posting closing date and time.

Yes. Apply for unique posting by completing application forms contained in each positing. 

If you are applying to a posted competition with a closing date, your application must be received prior to the quoted closing date and time.

Substitute applications are accepted at anytime during the year. Look for positngs that indicate substitute list and apply directly.

References from supervisors who have seen you actively teaching or working are preferred.

We thank all candidates for their interest in our District. All applications recieved will recieve an automatic notification confirming their application. If you are not selected for an interview you will recieve an email thanking you for your interest in the position.

Our internal applicants are considered first for any support staff unionized positions, as per our CUPE Collective Agreements.

In order to be considered for teaching positions, out of province applicants must have successfully applied for a valid Alberta teaching certificate.

Yes. The District’s minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalency.
Please refer to the posting for specific educational requirements.

When applying for Support Staff, Caretaking, or Maintenance positions, relevant testing may be required.

In most cases a resume is required to apply for a job. Before you begin the online application process, ensure your resume is up to date, is saved on your computer and ready to upload.
