Part A
Over the past several years, the administrative team has focused to varying extents on the following during admin PL:
- Generative Dialogue
- Universal Design for Learning
- Culturally Responsive Teaching (e.g., foundational Indigenous knowledge, ESL)
- Concept-based Learning
- Trauma-informed Practice
As indicated in the diagram below, all of these components create a wholistic education system that supports and empowers learners. The eight forces of thinking that surround the circle can be utilized to scaffold and support the concepts within the circle.
