Victoria Park breakfast supports Chinook Child and Youth Advocacy Centre

Every month, the staff and students at Victoria Park High School focus on a different theme/topic to raise awareness and create conversation.
With October being Child Abuse Prevention month, the school hosted a community-wide $2 pancake breakfast on Wednesday morning to raise awareness and funds for the local Chinook Child and Youth Advocacy Centre.
Set to open this winter, The Chinook Child And Youth Advocacy Centre is one of the programs offered by the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre, founded in 2017.
The centre aims to provide early and seamless access to services and ensure the child and family has adequate support and follow-up.
