Hall of Fame nominations sought for Winston Churchill High School

Winston Churchill High School is seeking Hall of Fame Nominations.

The information below includes everything needed to nominate an individual for consideration for induction to the Winston Churchill High School Hall of Fame.

The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to recognize former students of WCHS who have distinguished themselves in Lethbridge or elsewhere, or who have rendered prolonged and significant service to their chosen work and/or area of interest.

Categories of Recognition includes a demonstration of excellence in one or more of the following areas:  Scholastics, Athletics, Fine Arts, Business, Community Work, Political Involvement or other areas not listed

Anyone may nominate an individual for this recognition. Submit the nomination form and supporting documents to Carey Rowntree at Winston Churchill High School.

The Churchill Hall of Fame Committee will select the award winners by Dec. 15, 2017. Nominations received after Dec. 15, 2017 become part of the nomination pool for future consideration.

The school will hold an assembly of students and community members to recognize the inductee(s) on a date that allows for the attendance of the inductees.

Complete the Nomination Form, use “Save As” to save the completed document to your computer, then e-mail the nomination.
