Finance

The Finance department prepares and manages the annual budget.

  • Consists of accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, benefits and purchasing.
  • Puts forward all the grant requests.
  • Administers over one hundred trust funds (funds received from donors used towards awards and scholarships for students.
  •  Prepares the financial reports required by Alberta Education and Alberta Infrastructure.
  • Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy is also administered in Finance.
